Virginia Outside began taking kids fishing in Richmond in 2005 and now runs summer day camps across the state. Rivanna River Company hosts some of Virginia Outside’s Charlottesville fishing camps. - At Virginia Outside, we see our time on the water and outdoors as an opportunity for adventure. Learn proven fishing tactics along with canoeing skills and safety on public and private freshwater ponds and rivers. Whether a seasoned angler or a true beginner, this camp is perfect for kids who want to wet a line and enjoy being outdoors on the water. No experience necessary.
